Day # 22 - 1.12.13

English Yesterday and today have been awful, there are positive sides though - I have put on weight and they have adjusted my medication for my weight. That has helped but I am just so exhausted and tired, I'm not managing any more. My tummy is okay but my lungs are inflamed - it makes so much harder, they call it chronic lung disease, it means that my lungs are not coping. The Boss lady had a talk with Daddy and Mummy and they have decided that I will be put on a ventilator machine that will do the breathing for me. That means I will get a tube put down my airway into my lungs and the machine will breathe me the moment I forget to do so. I will get another blood transfusion this afternoon to help the haemoglobin levels in my blood. Positive side: I have no infection in my gut! (this is really important) I just don't cope with food when my body is not okay. So now I'm on morphine to help keep me settled (not nice having a tube in your chest) and hopefully I can get food again soon because the machine is keeping the other systems going!

Positive Seite: Ich habe keine Infektion in meinem Darm (was sehr wichtig ist!).
