Scoop! Oskar winners Ira and Anne Redepenning were spotted with their charming baby boy strolling in a secluded part of the city. The celebrity baby Oskar looked to be having a good ride in his pram and Ira and Anne were having relaxing time together. One observer in park thought she had seen the dog before and told us she thinks he is connected to the Redepenning's lovely landlords.
